7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription at any time.To avoid being charged when the Free Trial ends, you must complete the cancellation before the expiration date and time of the Free Trial. To avoid a recurring Subscription charge, you must complete the cancellation before that recurring charge is processed. How to Cancel

To cancel your Subscription:

Visit login.taxpro2profit.net.

Log in using the email address and password associated with your TaxPro2Profit Account.

Open your Account Settings.

Locate your active TaxPro2Profit Subscription plan.

Select Cancel Plan.

Follow the instructions displayed in the confirmation window.

Confirm that you want to cancel.

Verify that your Account shows the Subscription as canceled or scheduled for cancellation.

Your cancellation is not complete until you finish the confirmation process and your Account displays that the plan is canceled or scheduled for cancellation.

You should save the cancellation confirmation for your records.

If you cancel during the seven day Free Trial, the cancellation will prevent the Subscription from converting into a paid Subscription, provided the cancellation is successfully completed before the trial expiration date and time.

If you cancel after a paid Subscription period has started, the cancellation will prevent the next renewal. You will ordinarily continue to have access to the applicable Subscription benefits until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing period unless you reactivate the Subscription or purchase a new plan.

Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for a payment that was processed before the cancellation became effective. If cancellation through your Account is unavailable because of a technical issue, contact taxpro2profit@gmail.com before your next scheduled charge. Include your full name and the email address associated with your Account.Your cancellation becomes effective when:

  • 7.1. You successfully complete the cancellation process through your Account and receive confirmation; or
  • 7.2. TaxPro2Profit processes a valid written cancellation request received before the applicable billing deadline. You are responsible for retaining your cancellation confirmation.Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by TaxPro2Profit in writing, cancellation does not retroactively reverse a charge processed before the cancellation became effective. The following actions do not cancel a Subscription:
  • 7.3. Failing to log in.
  • 7.4. Failing to complete the course.
  • 7.5. Deleting an application.
  • 7.6. Removing a saved Payment Method without completing cancellation.

  • 7.8. Sending a social media message to an unofficial page or account.
  • 7.9. Telling a coach, instructor, affiliate, or third party that you intend to cancel without completing the stated cancellation process.
  • 7.10. Asking your bank to block future charges without notifying TaxPro2Profit.If you cancel during the Free Trial, access may end immediately or at the conclusion of the Free Trial, depending on the technical settings of the applicable offer. If you cancel after the Subscription has started, access may remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless access is suspended for a payment dispute, policy violation, fraud concern, or other permitted reason.
